Company Purpose
Vermittlung von preisgünstigem Wohnraum für ihre Mitglieder in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe um diesen dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen, Erstellung von Bauten im Sinne des Eidg. Wohnbau- und Eigentumsförderungsgesetzes (WEG) und allfälliger weiterer kommunaler und kantonaler Erlasse, insbesondere Erstellung von selbstgenutztem Wohneigentum, Erstellung und Verkauf preisgünstiger Wohnungen in erster Linie für ihre Mitglieder.
