Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt der Wohnungsnot ihrer Mitglieder und dadurch mittelbar auch derjenigen der Bevölkerung der Gemeinde Igis-Landquart durch Erstellung von gesunden und preiswerten Wohnungen entgegenzuwirken. Sie sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: a) Ankauf von Bauland und Erstellung von Wohnhäusern; b) Vermietung der Wohnungen an ihre Mitglieder.
