Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt auf gemeinnütziger Basis und unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Gegebenheiten die Errichtung und den Betrieb eines Wohn- und Pflegeheims für betagte und/oder betreuungs- und pflegebedürftige Einwohner von Flims und nach Verfügbarkeit auch für ausserhalb von Flims wohnhafte Personen nach den Weisungen des Stiftungsrates.
