Company Purpose
Fördert kulturelle Anliegen möglichst vielfältiger Art in der Region Solothurn, insbesondere durch Veranstaltung von Konzerten sowie Engagement in sozialen und präventiven Themen im Bereich Jugendkultur, insbesondere Nutzung der Liegenschaft Kofmehlweg 1, 4500 Solothurn, im Sinne dieses Anliegens. Kann sich an anderen Unternehmen irgendwelcher Art im Inland beteiligen, solche gründen, übernehmen und mit ihnen fusionieren, Liegenschaften und Immaterialgüterrechte im Inland erwerben, belasten und veräussern sowie durch Beschluss der Generalversammlung Zweigniederlassungen und Agenturen im Inland errichten.
