Company Purpose
exploiter le tunnel routier du Grand-Saint-Bernard (y compris sa galerie de service et de sécurité) en collaboration avec sa consoeur italienne chargée du même but et sous l'égide de la société italo-suisse SISEX SA, gestionnaire unique (depuis 2010) et dont les sociétés suisse et italienne sont paritairement actionnaires; exploiter les ouvrages annexes qui lui sont propres (bâtiments et infrastructures de la gare nord, centrale et aménagements hydroélectriques); procéder à toutes les constructions et extensions nécessaires à cette exploitation ou pour tout autre but (cf statuts pour but complet)
