Die Stiftung bezweckt die Gewährung von Beiträgen an Personen, die bei der Krankenversicherung CONCORDIA versichert und im Bezirk Gonten (ohne Rapisau) wohnhaft sind. Vorausgesetzt ist sodann, dass diesen Personen anfallende Gesundheitskosten durch die Leistungen der Krankenversicherung oder sozialer Institutionen ohne ihr Verschulden nur ungenügend gedeckt sind.
