Zweck der Stiftung ist die Unterstützung von Personen, insbesondere von Bewohnern eines von der Kur- und Wohnheim Rosenau AG geführten Heimes, die aus gesundheitlichen, insbesondere psychischen Gründen in ihrer Erwerbsfähigkeit eingeschränkt sind und nicht über die nötigen Mittel zur Bestreitung ihres Lebensunterhaltes verfügen. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
