Company Purpose
Errichtung, Erhaltung und Verwaltung des Pfadiheimes Samedan, das der Pfadfinderabteilung Samedan für ihre Aktivitäten sowie dem Pfadfinderkantonalverband Graubünden zur Durchführung von kantonalen Führerkursen zur Verfügung stehen soll; es kann auch an andere Pfadfinderabteilungen, Jugendgruppen, Schulen und dem Altpfadfinderheim Samedan weitervermietet werden; dem Altpfadfinderheim Thusis und der Pfadfinderabteilung Thusis wird ein Benützungsrecht im Verhältnis zu ihrer finanziellen Beteiligung eingeräumt.
