Company Purpose
Die Stiftung hat den gemeinnützigen Zweck, Kunden von Fernmelde- oder Mehrwertdiensteanbieterinnen eine unabhängige, unparteiische, transparente und effiziente Schlichtungsstelle im Sinne des Fernmeldegesetzes vom 30. April 1997 (FMG) und der Verordnung vom 9. März 2007 über Fernmeldedienste (FDV) zur Verfügung zu stellen.
