Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Wiederherstellung und Erhaltung der Flühlenmühle. Die Flühlenmühle soll dabei folgenden Zwecken dienen: Erhaltung der für die Mehlherstellung dienenden Geräte und Maschinen; Sichtbarmachung der alten Energienutzung anhand des Wasserrades; Backen des zu Brot verarbeiteten Mehles im Ofenhaus; Vorstellung der Produktionsabläufe an eine breite Öffentlichkeit.
