Company Purpose
Erhaltung und Verschönerung des Dorfbildes von Herisau. Sie sorgt für die Pflege wertvoller Bausubstanz, setzt sich für stilgerechte Restaurationen und bei nicht mehr renovationsfähigen Gebäuden für gute Ersatzbauten ein. Sie kann Preise oder Aufmunterungsprämien vergeben und finanzielle Beihilfen ausrichten. Die Stiftung strebt eine harmonische Entwicklung des Dorfbildes an und kann alles unternehmen, was dessen Schutz und Verbesserung dient. Die Stiftung kann Grundstücke erwerben, belasten und verkaufen.
