Die Stiftung hält die Erinnerung wach an Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), Arzt und Erforscher der menschlichen Seele, und an seine Ehefrau und Mitarbeiterin Emma Jung-Rauschenbach (1882-1955); sie dokumentiert deren Leben, Werk und Umfeld und fördert eine weitere Entfaltung und Entwicklung der Jungschen Psychologie.
