Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Schaffung und den Betrieb von Wohnräumen sowie die Einbringung von Dienstleistungen für ältere Personen. Der Stiftungszweck kann durch Erstellen von Neubauten auf eigenem Land oder im Baurecht, durch Umbau von bestehenden Gebäuden, durch Miete oder Kauf von Liegenschaften sowie durch Beteiligung an Betrieben und Organisationen mit gleichem oder ähnlichem Zweck erreicht werden. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung in der Region Belp tätig. Die Stiftung hat selbsttragend oder mit Gewinn zu arbeiten. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genanten Zweck gewidmet.
