Company Purpose
Realisierung und Betrieb einer öffentlich zugänglichen Sternwarte auf dem Gebiete der Gemeinde Falera mit einem oder mehreren Beobachtungsinstrumenten und Förderung der astronomischen Schul- und Erwachsenenbildung als Beitrag an das gemeinnützig-kulturelle Leben in der Region und im Kanton Graubünden.
