Company Purpose
la fabbricazione, distribuzione e commercio di cemento, Klinker e altri leganti idraulici (ad es. calce e malta) come pure di inerti (ad es. sabbia, ghiaia, acciottolatura). La società può concludere tutti i negozi giuridici connessi con questo scopo. In particolare può acquistare rispettivamente alienare, partecipazioni, fondi, costruire e gestire impianti silos fissi o impianti di macinazione; può inoltre praticare il commercio di cemento, Klinker e di ulteriori leganti idraulici (ad es. calce), commerciare inoltre con inerti (incluse le importazioni e le esportazioni), come pure eseguire la fornitura di questi prodotti per costruzione di grande entità.
