Company Purpose
Die Gesellschaft bezweckt eine bedürfnisgerechte und wirtschaftliche medizinische akutsomatische Versorgung der Surselva durch den Betrieb des Regionalspitals Surselva in Ilanz gemäss Leistungsaufträgen und Vorgaben der auf die Gesellschaft anwendbaren Gesundheits- und Spitalgesetzgebung. Die Gesellschaft kann weitere damit zusammenhängende Dienstleistungen erbringen; vollständige Zweckumschreibung gemäss Statuten.
