Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt Ausschüttungen an schweizerische, vom Stiftungsrat ausgewählte, wohltätige und gemeinnützige (und somit steuerbefreite) Institutionen. Die Stiftung kann überdies auf Antrag hin unterstützen: a) Bedürftige Menschen mit beschränkten finanziellen Mitteln in der Schweiz, insbesondere zur Ermöglichung von Studien- und Ausbildungsgängen im In- und Ausland; b) Kulturelle und musikalische Anlässe sowie Projekte von talentierten Künstlern und Musikern. Der Stiftungszweck kann vom Stiftungsrat reglementarisch konkretisiert werden.
