Company Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt die Organisation von Angeboten und Dienstleistungen für Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien auf dem Gebiet des Kantons Graubünden. Er ist politisch und konfessionell unabhängig. Er kann mit Gemeinden, dem Kanton Graubünden, Firmen bzw. andern Institutionen Leistungsaufträge zu gewissen Angeboten abschliessen. Für einzelne Projekte ist eine Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Organisationen möglich. Er kann alles unternehmen, was der Erfüllung des Vereinszweckes dient.
