Company Purpose

Die OpenWealth Association bezweckt, die Schweiz als Finanzplatz und Innovationsstandort zu stärken, indem sie Finanzinstitute, WealthTech-Unternehmen und andere Dienstleistungsanbieter miteinander vernetzt und den Open APl-Standard für eine globale Vermögensverwaltungsgemeinschaft (OpenWealth API) erarbeitet, definiert, pflegt und operationalisiert. Ferner bezweckt der Verein den Erfahrungsaustausch unter den Mitgliedern und mit Dritten zu pflegen sowie mit Organisationen ähnlicher Art im In- und Ausland zusammenzuarbeiten. Der Verein kann Immaterialgüter entwickeln, erwerben und lizenzieren und kann sich an Entwicklungsprojekten beteiligen. Er kann sich an Unternehmen in der Schweiz beteiligen.
