Company Purpose
Elle s'engage pour assurer et gérer l'obtention d'une protection du "Raclette du Valais AOP" au lait cru en tant que spécialité fromagère valaisanne ainsi que sa promotion, mais plus particulièrement: l'enregistrement, la défense et la gestion de l'appellation d'origine contrôlée et protégée "Raclette du Valais AOP"; la gestion de l'offre de "Raclette du Valais AOP"; la promotion de la commercialisation en particulier dans le cadre de la loi cantonale sur l'agriculture et le développement rural; l'évaluation et la promotion de la qualité et la détermination de critères de qualité; toutes autres activités en lien avec les intérêts du "Raclette du Valais AOP", de l'IPR et de ses membres (cf. statuts pour but complet)
