Das ILZ: a. erbringt für die Verwaltungen der Vereinbarungskantone Informatikdienstleistungen; b. kann für die Gemeinden und öffentlich-rechtlichen Körperschaften der Vereinbarungskantone Informatikdienstleistungen erbringen; c. kann Aufträge für Dritte ausführen, soweit dadurch die Aufgabenerfüllung zu Gunsten der Vereinbarungskantone nicht beeinträchtigt wird und mindestens die Vollkosten gedeckt sind.
