Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe gemäss Art. 828 OR die Förderung und Beschaffung von preisgünstigen Mietwohnungen und denBau und Erwerb von Wohnhäusern oder Wohnungen, unter Ausschluss jeder spekulativen Absicht. Sie fördert insbesondere alters- und pflegegerechte Wohnmöglichkeiten und kann auch Betreuungsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art anbieten. Die Genossenschaft kann Zweigniederlassungen errichten, sich an andern Unternehmungen im Kanton Bern beteiligen, gleichartige oder verwandte Unternehmen erwerben oder sich mit solchen zusammenschliessen, Grundstücke erwerben oder veräussern sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern, oder die direkt oder indirekt damit im Zusammenhang stehen.
