Erhaltung des künstlerischen Werkes von Hermann und Elsy Anselment-de Smit zur Freude der Nachwelt. Die Bilder sollen der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden. Schaffung eines Kulturzentrums an der Bölchenstrasse24, in Liestal, sowie Förderung und Unterstützung kultureller Bestrebungen.
