Company Purpose
Aufgrund einer von der Gemeinde Wädenswil erteilten Unterkonzession für ihre Mitglieder und allfällige Mieter im Zürichsee im Raume der Uferlinie der Gemeinde Wädenswil eine Hafenanlage zu erstellen und zu unterhalten.
