Company Purpose
Wahrung und Förderung der gemeinsamen Interessen der dem Verband angeschlossen Genossenschaften, insbesondere durch Abschluss von Baurechtsverträgen mit der Stadt St. Gallen zwecks späterer Erstellung und Verwaltung der gemeinsamen Anlagen der Ueberbauung Remishueb in St. Gallen. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke sowie weitere dingliche Rechte im Bereich Remishueb erwerben bzw. dingliche Verpflichtungen eingehen.
