Company Purpose
Der Zweck der Genossenschaft besteht in der Betreibung einer gemeinsamen Kopfstation mit dem dazugehörenden Kabelverteilnetz, um damit für alle Mitglieder einen guten Fernseh- und Radioempfang von mehreren Stationen sowie die Anpassung an künftige technische Entwicklungen zu gewährleisten. Zur Erfüllung dieses Zweckes kann die Genossenschaft alle Tat- und Rechtshandlungen vornehmen, welche nicht durch diese Statuten ausdrücklich den Genossenschaftsmitgliedern zugewiesen werden.
