Company Purpose
In gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe gemäss Art. 828 OR zur Förderung der Attraktivität der Tourismusregion Solothurn-Grenchen die Aufnahme und Aufrechterhaltung eines Fährbetriebes für den Transport von Personen und nichtmotorisierten Verkehrsmitteln (insbesondere Velos) an einer oder mehreren geeigneten Stellen über die Aare im Raum zwischen Solothurn und Grenchen; kann zu diesem Zweck Fähren erwerben, leasen und diese Dritten entgeltlich zur Benützung zur Verfügung stellen
