Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt den Kulturaustausch zwischen China und Europa, insbesondere im Bildungswesen. Sie fördert die Forschung und Lehre im Management-Bereich und kann zu diesem Zweck Business Schools in der Schweiz und in Europa erwerben oder unterstützen. Die Stiftung bezweckt zudem die Unterstützung der China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), eine international hoch angesehene Wirtschaftshochschule mit Sitz in Shanghai. Die Stiftung kann jedes Rechtsgeschäft tätigen, das dem Stiftungszweck direkt oder indirekt dient. Die Stiftung ist nicht gewinnorientiert.
