Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt, Grundlagenforschung auf dem Gebiet der biomedizinischen Forschung, deren Erkenntnisse im langfristigen Interesse der industriellen Forschung liegen, zu fördern und zu betreiben sowie Nachwuchsforschern aus allen Ländern Gelegenheit zu wissenschaftlicher Forschungsarbeit zu geben. Der Stiftungsrat kann die Forschungstätigkeit auf weitere Forschungsgebiete ausdehnen. Die Stiftung kann auch Grundstücke erwerben, im In- und Ausland Zweigniederlassungen und Tochtergesellschaften errichten.
