La partecipazione all'approvvigionamento della Svizzera con sangue e suoi derivati per i bisogni civili e militari, sulla base della donazione di sangue volontaria e non remunerata, conformemente alle linee direttive ed al regolamento per il Servizio Trasfusionale della CRS e lo svolgimento di attività diagnostiche e terapeutiche nell'ambito dell'ematologia e della medicina trasfusionale.
