Company Purpose
La Fondazione ha lo scopo di sostenere il Comune di Monteceneri e di collaborare con il Comune per la realizzazione di un Centro civico e culturale negli edifici noti come Casa dei Landfogti, di proprietà del Comune e situati sulle particelle n. 756, 763, 764 e 765 RFD Monteceneri (sezione di Rivera), nonché nelle future attività del Centro culturale. Sono riservate le competenze decisionali degli organi comunali in base alle leggi puntualmente applicabili. In particolare, la Fondazione collaborerà e si attiverà nella ricerca di contributi pubblici e privati per la realizzazione del restauro della parte protetta degli edifici (mapp. 756) e degli spazi a disposizione delle attività del Centro culturale. Nel rispetto della Legge organica comunale (LOC), il. Comune può affidare alla Fondazione altri compiti sulla base di mandati di prestazione.
