Company Purpose
Scopo principale della Fondazione è la gestione di un Istituto per anziani. La Fondazione potrà intraprendere anche attività accessorie nell'ambito dell'aiuto alle persone anziane o dell'aiuto a domicilio. L'ammissione nella casa sarà garantita con priorità ai domiciliati nei Comuni, rispettivamente ai Quartieri, che hanno sottoscritto la convenzione con la Fondazione. La Fondazione, per raggiungere il suo scopo, può acquisire in proprietà o mediante diritto di superficie, stabili esistenti, da ristrutturare o terreni per nuove costruzioni.
