Company Purpose
La fondation a pour but l'acquisition et la gestion de bâtiments utilisés à des fins culturelles (aménagement d'une bibliothèque, d'un musée, de locaux artisanaux créatifs, gestion du Fonds Theurillat conformément à l'acte de donation, etc.) en vue de maintenir et de favoriser la culture à Saint-Imier et dans le vallon. La fondation soutient en outre toutes les recherches historiques et culturelles intéressant Saint-Imier et l'Erguel. Elle entend enrichir le patrimoine de la région. Pour ce faire, elle pourra collaborer avec d'autres fondations, associations ou groupements poursuivant des buts similaires ou complémentaires.
