Company Purpose
La fondation a pour but:- la mise à disposition, l'entretien et la gérance d'immeubles, notamment les immeubles servant à l'exploitation ou au soutien d'institutions du domaine médico-social; - la gestion de ces institutions, principalement par l'intermédiaire d'une société d'exploitation détenue comme unique actionnaire, ou actionnaire majoritaire. Le bénéfice et le capital de la fondation sont exclusivement affectés aux buts précités. La fondation a un caractère d'utilité publique et ne poursuit aucun but lucratif.
