Company Purpose
Acquérir des droits sur un terrain à Mont-Soleil et d'y construire un observatoire astronomique qu'elle exploitera à des fins touristiques et didactiques, notamment en le mettant à disposition des personnes intéressées et en y organisant des expositions et des conférences consacrées au soleil et à l'astronomie ainsi qu'aux technologies qui y sont liées en collaboration avec la Société d'astronomie de Saint-Imier (Les Pléiades) et la Société Mont-Soleil.
