Fusion im Sinne von Art. 914 OR mit der Genossenschaft "Konsumverein Kölliken und Umgebung", in Kölliken, gemäss Beschluss der Delegiertenversammlung vom 19.5.1972, mit Uebernahme sämtlicher Aktiven und Passiven gemäss Fusionsbilanz per 30.6.1971.
