Dans le but d'éviter le licenciement et le chômage des travailleurs âgés, les partenaires sociaux accordent la priorité à la retraite anticipée une année et demi avant l'âge ordinaire de la retraite pour les travailleurs du secteur principal de la construction, respectivement 3 années pour les travailleurs des entreprises de carrelage selon la LAVS
