Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft ist eine Verbindung von Personen und Gesellschaften aus Industrie und Gewerbe sowie der Gemeinde Bubikon; sie bezweckt die Schaffung von günstigem Wohnraum. Bei der Vermietung sind 1. die Arbeitnehmer der Genossenschafter, 2. Arbeitnehmer, die in der Gemeinde Bubikon arbeiten, 3. übrige Interessenten zu berücksichtigen; kann Subventionen und Finanzierungsbeihilfen der öffentlichen Hand beanspruchen.
