Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Zumikon und der Nachbar-Gemeinden, Wohn- und Geschäftshäuser für ihre Mitglieder und in der Gemeinde Zumikon tätige Dienstleistungs- und Gewerbebetriebe zu erstellen. Sie erreicht diesen Zweck durch: a) Beschaffung von geeignetem Bauland zu Eigentum oder im Baurecht; b) Bau oder Erwerb und Betrieb von Geschäfts- und Wohnliegenschaften.
