Company Purpose
Le renforcement des contrôles sur les chantiers de construction en application de la loi fédérale sur les conditions minimales de travail et de salaire applicables aux travailleurs détachés en Suisse et sur les mesures d'accompagnement (LDét) ainsi que des contrôles sur les chantiers de la compétence des Commissions professionnelles paritaires notamment en ce qui concerne l'interdiction du travail du samedi ou du travail interdit (travail au noir) au sens des dispositions des conventions collectives de travail (cf. statuts pour but complet)
