L'Association du HC Sierre a pour but la mise en place d'un soutien notamment juridique, financier, administratif ou sous toute autre forme à toute entité active dans le Hockey et à leurs joueurs, en particulier le Mouvement Junior ou la société HC Sierre SA. L'Association peut également détenir des participations dans d'autres entités actives dans le milieu du Hockey ou tous biens matériels ou immatériels en lien avec le Hockey.
