Bezweckt durch Erwerbung zu Eigentum und Bewirtschaftung der Alp "Sangetel", Gemeinde Aedermannsdorf SO, sowie eventuell anderer Liegenschaften ihren Mitgliedern zu ermöglichen, ihre Viehware und Pferde auf rationelle Weise zu sömmern, eventuell zu wintern. Als Rindvieh wird nur solches der Simmentaler-Fleckviehrasse angenommen.
