Company Purpose
Bereitstellen von zweckgünstigen Wohnungen für die einheimische Bevölkerung von St. Moritz; die Genossenschaft bezweckt insbesondere von der politischen Gemeinde St. Moritz, von der Parzelle 2224, Grundbuchblatt 2224, Plan 17, ca. 3717 m2 Land im Baurecht, gemäss Vernehmlassung vom 9.10.1987, von der Gemeindeversammlung vom 8.12.1987 genehmigt, zu übernehmen und darauf 3 Mehrfamilienhäuser zu erstellen, und kann zum gleichen Zwecke Grundstücke erwerben, überbauen, in Baurecht nehmen sowie veräussern.
