Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck, der Region Nordwestschweiz dauernd preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu verschaffen und zu erhalten. Sie ist bestrebt, Wohnraum für alle Bevölkerungskreise anzubieten, insbesondere auch für Familien, Betagte und Personen, welche auf preisgünstigen Wohnraum angewiesen sind. Sie fördert das Zusammenleben im Sinne gesamtgesellschaftlicher Verantwortung und gegenseitiger Solidarität. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist uneigennützig und richtet sich nach den Grundlagen des Wohnraumförderungsgesetzes des Bundes (WFG).
