Dazu wird ein innovatives und zukunftsorientiertes Schulmodell entwickeln, welches eng mit den Bedürfnissen vor Ort verknüpft ist. Der Verein verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn. Die Organe sind ehrenamtlich tätig.
