Company Purpose

Förderung junger Spitzenköche mit dem Ziel, jedes Jahr ein Gourmet Festival in St. Moritz durchzuführen, um jungen, talentierten Berufsleuten der internationalen Kochgilde die Möglichkeit zu geben, unter der Leitung des Patronatskommitees und von Spitzenköchen wirken und berufliche Erfahrungen sammeln zu können.
