Company Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt die Planung, Organisation und die Durchführung der IBU Biathlon-WM 2025 Lenzerheide (inkl. der WM vorausgehende IBU Wettkämpfe wie die Biathlon-EM 2023 Lenzerheide und IBU Biathlon-Weltcup 2023 Lenzerheide). Der Verein kann bei Bedarf weitere internationale Nordic Wettkämpfe der IBU und/oder FIS planen, organisieren und durchführen. Der Verein stellt zusätzlich sicher, dass die Planung, die Organisation und die Durchführung von IBU-Events nach der IBU Biathlon-WM 2025 mit dieser, einer anderen bestehenden oder neuen Gesellschaft sichergestellt ist und dass das mit dem vorliegenden Verein gewonnene Wissen so umfassend und vollständig wie möglich auf diese Gesellschaft übertragen wird.
