Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Unterstützung und die Förderung des Ski- und Snowboardsports, insbesondere unter Jugendlichen im Bereich Breiten- und Leistungssport. Sie trägt dazu bei, das Interesse am Ski- und Schneesport zu wecken, fördert die körperliche und geistige Gesundheit und unterstützt die Grundsätze von Solidarität, Integration und Fairplay. Die Stiftung ist in der Schweiz tätig und hat keinen Erwerbszweck. Eine Fusion oder Vermögensübertragung kann nur mit einer anderen gemeinnützigen, steuerbefreiten Institution erfolgen.
