Die Stiftung fördert in Ländern des ehemaligen Ostblocks, insbesondere in Weissrussland, Menschen, die aus Eigeninitiative und selbstverantwortlich im gewerblichen und/oder kleinindustriellen Bereich unternehmerisch tätig werden. Leitgedanke der Sitftung ist somit Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe. Die Stiftung arbeitet uneigennützig.
