Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Unterstützung öffentlich-rechtlicher burgerlicher Korporationen der Stadt Bern in der Erfüllung ihrer öffentlich-rechtlichen Aufgaben in der Sozialhilfe (SHG Art. 47) und im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz (KESG Art. 4) durch Zuwendungen an deren Armengüter in Einzelfällen im Sinne einer Risikoabsicherung, wenn die Korporation durch die Erfüllung dieser Aufgaben in eine wirtschaftliche Notlage geraten würde. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung im Kanton Bern tätig. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
